Instrument Descriptions

The Computational Imaging Core houses a broad array of high quality microscopy and imaging equipment. The following pages describe these instruments and their basic functions. We have also included user manuals, protocols, and guides that may be useful while working with the equipment.

Please remember that the documentation in this section is only meant to provide supplemental information and basic reminders regarding equipment function and techniques. The included documents do NOT replace basic training, which is mandatory before beginning work on any instrument.
